Spoke with Chris who was able to give us break down for the code and what issues our vehicle was having. Then we were given a time frame and solution to the problems. Sure getting parts and arrangements for our vehicle to be fixed was not easy but it was certainly not impossible. In time our vehicle will be fixed and ready for our family trips.

Important info. They gave me knowledgeable information about the work I was asking to be done on my vehicle. They gave me an appointment for when the work WOULD be done. They gave me an accurate estimate of the work. I took it in, they performed the work while I waited. I left a happy customer.

I travel from Toledo to buy/lease my vehicles from Tyler. He listens to his customers and works hard to get them what they want. I also like that he doesn’t waste your time and lure you in with one price and then it changes drastically like other dealerships/sales persons.
Took my Jeep Wrangler in for an oil change and they were quick and very helpful with letting me know what else was wrong with my jeep. They didn’t push me into extra work. I was impressed, will continue to go through them for oil changes.

Giving the dealership 3 stars instead of 1 star because their seller of Mopar Extended Warranties, Jason, is one of the nicest and most professional human beings in the world of selling 'anything' I have ever dealt with. He will go out of his way to help you. If he was not employed at this dealership, I would be rating them a 1 star facility.
